1. Create a product in a popular niche. ex: make money online or weight loss. Reason is you'll never run out of customers. People always want to look better and have more money. I have created products for both niches but I'll use the make money online for this tutorial.
Make Money Online product - this is very easy to come by. There are tons of PLR products out there that you can brand as your own. To put a twist on it you could print it out in a manual or have the videos put on a DVD. I did DVD's cost - $2/DVD fulll color in a sleeve.
2. Build your landing page - This is pretty self explanatory build a landing page for your product. Try looking at others who have offers similar to your and take the best from them all. You could also have this outsourced.
3. Build a membership area - It's simple to use amember. This membership area does not have to be really fancy. I just filled mines up with tones of PLR courses and videos that you can find in the download section on this forum.
4. Payment processing - This is the step that will separate the motivated individuals from the slackers. Obtain a merchant account and a authorize.net gateway with rebilling. You can find a bunch of merchant account brokers just from google search. The "trick" if you will is getting approved.
You will have to fillout a load of info about yourself, your product, and your site. The business model that we are going after is giving customers a "FREE" Make Money Online DVD only pay $5.95 shipping (DVD + actual shipping < $5.95) and they get a 10 day trial to your membership area. If they don't cancel you can bill them monthly, quaterly, annually, whatever. If they do cancel you still made money sending the DVD and have their info to market to them related products. It's a win win.
Anyways, nowdays a lot of CC companies are cracking down on this type of business model. So you my have to bend the truth a bit on your merch application. Maybe give the impression that you are selling the DVD out right for $20. Do not say anything about rebilling. This can all be configured after you are approved.
5. Fulfillment Company - just do a G search for fulfillment companies. Call a few and compare their rates based on your needs. If you need packaging, storage rates, how returns are handled, a backend dashboard to view your inventory is always good also. This step my even be optional for those that rather do all the shipping and handling themselves.
6. Integration - I had to get this all outsourced at elance because coding is beyond me. But essentially this is what you would like the coder to make happen.
Summary of the business model - Giveaway a FREE product. Be sure to price the shipping to cover the product price and actual shipping (this way you will still profit even if they cancel). Auto enroll them to your membership area with trial period and auto rebilling. The concept is simple and VERY effective. Keep in mind that you still could email them offers, promote offer in members area, and have multiple up and down sells.
If you have made it this far and have everything set up, traffic is actually the easy part. As this is your own personal offer there is no such thing as BH traffic. Everything is fair game and everybody wants more money especially if you're willing to show them how to make it for free :). Go to CL post ads giving away FREE DVD's. Post ads on ebay selling the DVD and say you bought it from your site. When they check for the original price they'll see the site is offering it for free. FB likes, tweets, even local ads in your paper for FREE make money online dvd. Get a bunch of fiverr testimonials and blast them all over youtube.
Once you get your cash flow going do some tried and true PPC, and ad networks like pulse 360 and tribal fusion. And since this is your own product no landing pages are off limits. Out of all my test's, nothing converts better than a fake news article :D
All of the above has allowed me to make $1500-$2000/day under my own efforts. Now, if one would like to take it farther you could easily approach CPA networks and have an army of affiliates blast your product out like hot cakes. I'd estimate that you would be making conservatively $200000/month if not more. 5 months and of that and you could be a millionaire!
